Treebo Ortus Residency

The staff were great and couldn't be more helpful. The room was large, clean, had ac and the view of the mountains, just perfect. The room had a kettle and tea which when you are a Brit travelling is perfect 🤣👍Bathroom had everything you need, this is just what you want when travelling. Perfect location when visiting Dharamshala for the cricket.

Our stay at Treebo Trend Ortus was great with exceptional customer service and food. The purpose of our stay was visiting Dharamshala for the test match between India and England. The Hotel provided a great base for reaching HPCA ground as It was only a 15 minute taxi ride to the ground. I would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere near HPCA. The views from all our balconies was something special, It's not everyday you get the opportunity to wake up near the himalayas. All the staff members went out their way to make our stay comfortable with the food cooked to a high standard with plenty of variety. It's within walking distance to a supermarket, atm and local market and overall the area felt safe. Comfortable beds, AC and bathroom facilities did not disappoint either. We would certainly return and cannot recommend the hotel enough.

The staff were outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us - from buying me an adapter plug for uk/India (as I brought the wrong one) to arranging a taxi driver to act as a guide and fixer. We came for the cricket but got so much more of India thanks to everyone here! And the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was excellent and hotel is ideally located for the cricket ground as well as being less touristy than McLeod Ganj.

The hotel was very good with a bunch of cordial and professional staff. I liked it on overall basis.

It is an amazing property. That team of the hotel is too good with their services, cooperation and care for the clients. Food was really outstanding and chefs made authentic Himachali food. The location earns 100% marks with beautiful views of the Himalayas from your glass walls.
